Information not always up to date, order was still pending when I was informed it was ready by pharmacy then told it was ready after I had collected it

i tried to order twice before and came into chemist to explain i was going on holiday, still denied only to msg me on holiday to say prescription ready. cannot pick it up at drop box as no number and that was a big part of why i used chemists. Not helpful to user.

Advertised delivery service for all but not fulfilling orders to those deemed not worthy (under 65s, etc) . I chose delivery for a reason! Disappointed my already late prescription is going to be even later due to my circumstances.

I asked for my prescription order to be delivered due to suffering from rhumatiod arthritis in my foot and fibromyalgia and I was sent a pin code for it to be pick up at the machine. so I had to ask a family member like I have had to do for the past couple of years to go and pick it up for me which I thought with this new service I wouldn't have to bother them I also work shift work and I am usually shattered when I come home from work i thought this service would help me a bit to use and not rely on family member
