- John C.App doesn't give me an option of my local pharmacy (where I've collected for years) anymore & only listed one further away with no option to change. This caused a mix up between pharmacies & prescription got sent to wrong one! Had to visit doctors for them to correctly change it back to the one I'd used for years. This needs addressing on the app to prevent this happening to others as I was ready to cancel app & go back to ordering in person again.

- John S.Why have you changed the pharmacy and not allowing me to order from the previous one. I get e mails saying that the order is ready for collection. When I go to collect the pharmacy has no record of the order. This is not good enough and basically gives me no confidence in the app
