It isn’t clear on the app that you have to tell your GP you would like your prescription returned to the pharmacy to be filled. Had it sitting on “Sent to GP” for a week before having to call and being told. If it could just be clearer for future users

Great service and the app is awesome and makes life easier. Notifications of prescription being ready and the locker is convenient.

I am absolutely disgusted with your service I did not pick up my medication on the 2nd April.So my medication has been handed over to some random.I have not been well enough so not been down the street. You also still have 3 weeks worth of my Acamprosate. You are messing with my recovery

App could be simpler to use especially for older people. Also if not used for a while you are automatically logged out.
