I recieved a notification on 01/08/24 on the Healthera app, Dears Pharmacy app and an email saying my prescription is ready for collection. I go to pharmacy and it was not ready and would have to collect the following day. I went the next day and still wasn't ready so they were going to make it up but the pharmacist was on lunch so i had to come back later to collect it.
