seems to have been issues when using service to getting medication. last 3 prescriptions ive requested have all said pending, yet they've been sat in chemist only finding this out as I've had to call. never had an issue before. am told its because you changed how you did things am hoping its just teething problems. I work so knowing when our medication is ready is really helpful

I chose collection but when I went to collect my medication, they couldn't find it. I waited for nearly 10 minutes in severe pain. Turns out my order had been put in the pile for delivery. People really need to check this system more. I decided on collection because my Dad is terminally ill and I never know when I'm going to be in.

just put in an order for different meds that will run out a few days after each other. so I've indeed them all at once to save time and fuel. Hope it works

I didn’t get CCS foot cream. I did want that, but my package contained E45. Can you change this item?

I had to remove and reinstall the APP. it was a problem with my phone. I reloaded the app and then I had to login. I couldn't as I had forgotten my password. So I started anew. put in all my details again. placed an order and I thought that as my delivery was free last time because I'm disabled, it would be again. do I was rather concerned to find I had to pay for it this time. I'm still waiting for a reply. Apart from that, I've been very very happy with all aspects of the services. Thankyou
