I have tried to use the app to order my prescription twice, the first time it was actioned and the status didn't change which left me without my medication for 2 days until I spoke to my GP who advised it was completed. the second attempt, one part was completed and the other wasn't, I collected the prescription however the status remained on 'sent to GP' until today where it claimed it was ready! clearly not a true reflection of what is actually going on. very disappointing and time wasting.
