- Ashley B.I have tried to use the app to order my prescription twice, the first time it was actioned and the status didn't change which left me without my medication for 2 days until I spoke to my GP who advised it was completed. the second attempt, one part was completed and the other wasn't, I collected the prescription however the status remained on 'sent to GP' until today where it claimed it was ready! clearly not a true reflection of what is actually going on. very disappointing and time wasting.
