I loaded the app on the selling points of tracking/ notification of my prescriptions progress. Tracking stopped after submitting to GP, and I received the ready for collection notification after I had collected it. Setting the correct periodicity has not been straightforward. I find the app frustrating and I am uncertain if I will continue to use it
