Just set up a schedule for your regular prescription. Your order is automatically placed and you receive updates on progress. My medication is then delivered to my door. Now that this is set up I don't need to remember to re order which is great. Great service - thank you.

What’s the point using this if the order never gets approved?

This app just doesn’t work properly at all. The previous way of ordering medicines was straightforward and efficient. The app says that my order has been accepted.Then it says that it is awaiting approval from the doctor. Then it says it is ready for pickup ( even although I get it delivered). In the middle of this process it tells me that I am running short of meds and need to order. I have had to keep deleting meds and reentering them when I need them as I keep getting messages saying I am running out. All of this is a waste of time.

Great to be able to track my order and be notified when it was ready for collection. Only confusing thing is that I still had to wait for my order to be made up when I went to collect. I was notified it was ready on Friday afternoon and went to collect on Monday afternoon. There is perhaps a reason for it not being ready maybe due to lack of space in the collection bins but I worried that perhaps I was too early despite the notice that my prescription was ready. In any case, I appreciate the order tracking and the reminders available in the app. Thanks.
