I ordered my pain killers co-codamol on the 24th and never received them and the app shows as collected I have had to place the order again causing more delays on my medication and significant pain to myself

ordering was quick and easy. was notified that order was sent to GP for approval then no update for days. called pharmacy and was told prescription had been ready to collect a few days previously. after collection i was inundated with multiple "update" messages.

Had bad experience with the App. at the beginning caused I assume with the surgery not sanctioning some of my medication and reordering had to be done, for example I had to request my Double Base 3 times before I received it that was only one incident which there were quite a few . Thankfully its somewhat better and I have stuck with it . One thing that does concern me is , if I place an order for one of my medications and its not been approved the only way that I would know is when I go to pick it up , then I have to go through the same procedure which takes time when I'm running out of the medication. I hope that my observations have been constructive. These observations have no slant on your staff as they have been amazing in the way that they handled such a difficult situation they deserve a pat on the back for their customer care and attention Charles
