the whole repeat prescription didn't work. I ended up having to phone the pharmacy after a week and although they said they could see the order the GP hadn't authorised! They re-requested the script and lo and behold the prescription was ready within a day and half!! I personally don't think it was ever submitted in the first place.

I'm very impressed with all the updates from you and the speed of arranging the prescription. The only reason not 5 stars is because the pharmacy don't seem to process the order as quickly and the medication is not available for around 2 days after being advised by you that it's ready for collection, hence 2 trips to pharmacy. The service provided was very professional. I was kept in touch to advise on each stage of progress of medication order. only contact with pharmacy was to collect medication on the due date. Much less troublesome than dealing direct with a busy pharmacy.
