Because I was having serious issues with my complicated dosette box when.n using Bathgate Pharmacy, my son recommended that I start using Dears. What a delight it was to hear Celia (BP ex pharmacist who was just marvelous with zero issues, until there were, and when I called to register with Dears the problem with Bgate Pharmacy was clear, CELIA WAS NO LONGER THE PHARMACIST AND IS WITH DEARS .... And I'm delighted to say that so far I have had no problems with all of my many many meds....normal order had resumed. I was offered the option of the dosette box or a pill pouch (which I hadn't heard of prior to speaking with Celia. So I have zero issues medication wise and the delivery driver is an absolute delight to open the door to. He is soooo sooo helpful, polite, cheerful, and has the broadest smile I've ever seen come from a man, he is just lovely and a credit to Dears.😁 Ordering my prescriptions is so easy using the app, no more on hold to the surgery for an eternity! The changeover was so straightforward and as I said a blessing. I would absolutely recommend Dears to anyone with complicated or easy for that matter prescriptions.
