Domiciliary care

We want all our patients to remain independent and in control of their medication. If you feel you struggle to remember to take your medication or struggle to remember what dose to take at what time, speak to our experienced team who can discuss and assess your individual needs and make recommendations to support you, which may include the provision of a weekly medication tray.
