Vitamin D deficiency is common, affecting about 1 billion people worldwide. Low sun exposure, a vegan diet, or dairy allergies can all increase the risk of having low vitamin D levels. But vitamin D deficiency doesn’t just affect bones—it’s also linked to other health issues like fatigue, depression, cardiovascular problems, cognitive decline, severe asthma, and even cancer.
If you are showing signs of vitamin D deficiency and want to be tested on your levels we can provide a blood draw which will be taken to a laboratory to be analysed. The results tend to come in 2-3 working days. For the quickest turnaround times, please book in the morning between Monday-Thursday.
