Firstly, as a company in healthcare technology, we put the highest importance on the health and wellness of our staff. As of today, we have fully adopted remote working. As a technology business, we have tools, infrastructure, and processes in place to ensure we can keep providing the same great service to all of our users, no matter where our staff are located.
In order to help as many people as possible access their vital medicines and get help remotely from their local healthcare providers, we will continue to work closely with our partners, to provide access to the platform to as many pharmacies, at rates that are as accessible as possible. We want to ensure that more local pharmacies and healthcare professionals can be accessed online by patients at this time of extraordinary need.
With the surge in activity on the app we have increased the capacity of our online service team to enhance ongoing support to ensure that local pharmacies and healthcare professionals can provide their vital services and be accessible online to patients in this time of extraordinary need.
We urge pharmacies using our platform to utilise the “broadcasting” and direct messaging features to send vital messages to all their patients using the app; to update the status of patient orders to ensure they are notified when their medication is ready for collection or is to be delivered and in doing so reduce the levels of face to face interaction and help comply with self isolation guidelines.
