Yes. Local patients without a nominated pharmacy will be able to order their private prescription from your pharmacy.
Plus, if you offer nation-wide postal delivery, we’ll be able to send you private prescriptions from outside your usual catchment area.
To begin with your patients can be prescribed for and order hair loss and erectile dysfunction medication, followed by weight loss medications.
We’re working on bringing more private medicine categories to the Clinic in the near future, to give you more opportunities to help your patients.
Our Independent Prescribers (IP) are regulated and registered with the GPhC, and carefully follow the guidance provided by the GPhC & RPS for prescribing medicines online.
Due to online weight loss clinics inappropriately prescribing patients, Healthera is currently undergoing CQC registration to allow our pharmacy partners to offer weight loss medications where appropriate for the patients’ condition.
