Pharmacies using Healthera will be able to see the live status of a prescription order in Connect without having to check the PMR directly, making Connect even more convenient as we push towards bringing you a truly all-in-one dashboard.
From now until the end of 2022, this feature will be in Beta and is available to use for all Healthera partnered pharmacies.

What EPS Tracking Looks Like
The most obvious change with this update is the addition of a new column in the “Pending” tab in Healthera Connect.
The new “EPS tracker” column will show the order status of prescriptions for any patient that has an NHS number linked to their account!
