Last week, we released an update to the Healthera Connect system that our pharmacies use. This release included a number of improvements made to create a simpler service for pharmacies, and improve the user experience of their patients.
Pharmacies will now be able to submit a GP integration method that will come straight through to us. Integrating the surgeries will prove to be a significant time saver; it is one step closer to a more streamlined workflow, and more efficient and automated processes for pharmacists.
Pharmacies will now have to indicate why they have declined a request for a repeat prescription. This will allow there to be more transparency between pharmacies and patients.
Repeat modal now allows archiving a repeat, without sending a notification to the patient – so as to not confuse them when clearing through the system.
Disclaimer text is now included in the “New” tab, reminding pharmacies that patients should be nominated to your pharmacy before proceeding.
