The ratings, reviews and questions we received have been completely invaluable, and have been pivotal in allowing us to grow and amend our product based on the needs and requirements of our customers.
Knowing this, we acknowledge that this would be a valuable service for pharmacies to have. Therefore, we released a feature to allow patients to review their pharmacies directly.
Using this service, patients will be able to:
- Let the pharmacy know now how they found the service
- Keep track of their experiences
- Provide feedback to help their pharmacies, and us, improve
- Rate the ordering process, delivery service and medication
How would this work?
When you receive your order, you will have the option to provide feedback on your experience within the Healthera App. You can leave an overall rating, specify what you liked about the service, and provide specific details.
This information will be sent directly to your pharmacy.
You will be able to see all the feedback that has been left for you in your Healthera Connect Platform. There will be an average rating, overall score, and number of reviews. You will also have easy access to more specific details including comments from patients, which services they used, and when they left the review.

With this new feature, pharmacies will have a front row seat to what their patients want, in real time. This will not only vastly improve customer satisfaction, but also as a result in a higher patient retention rate while providing pharmacies with the ability to adapt in the most efficient ways.
