We are very excited to announce our new Connect Dashboard! This feature will completely change the way you manage your services. With automatically updated statistics and tracking information, you will be able to easily and effectively amend your processes to ensure you are providing your patients with the best service possible. 

From Friday 12th February 2021, you will be able to access this smart feature from the menu on the left side of your Connect ™ home screen.

Within each section of the dashboard, you can look at more information, including advice on how to improve your performance in the respective statistic.

Find out from a quick glance what orders you have overdue and what will need to be dispensed soon to help you keep on top of the prescription orders. You will also see a snapshot of the uptake you are having with Healthera: orders placed, number of patients and dependents, how much you are earning from prescription door-to-door delivery and much  more.

Repeat Orders Over Time / Repeat Items Over Time

Track the repeat orders and items by the month in which they were ordered. This feature will help you keep track of the amounts digitally dispensed through Healthera over time, helping you identify any seasonal trends in volume.

The two lines here demonstrate the total number of orders/items, and how many of them have been dispensed. The goal here is to have these as close to each other as possible. Top pharmacies on Healthera have completion rates of 90-95%.

Status of Repeats

This is a more detailed look at the outcome of repeat prescriptions coming into your pharmacy, broken down into those that have been dispensed, are unfinished, were archived, or have been declined.

This feature helps you visualise the performance of your dispensary operation. The aim is to have successfully dispensed as many as possible to ensure customer satisfaction from your patients.

Time to Respond to New Repeats

This is the average time your team takes to respond to repeat prescriptions coming into the “New” stage, which are either first-time orders or orders that need to be sent to the GP manually.

You would ideally aim to get every request actioned within the same working day to help with patient retention.

Time / Days Taken to Process Repeats

This is the average time taken for every repeat prescription to be dispensed and marked as Ready. Top pharmacies on Healthera average just 1.3 days, and we would suggest aiming for less than 2 days to best support your patients.

Collection or Delivery

A breakdown of how many of your orders come from collection vs delivery (both free and paid). This feature helps you plan your delivery resources and highlight potential revenue streams from charging for deliveries.
