Increase Your Revenue with Tailored Messages to Patients
Bring in more orders and service bookings with our brand-new feature: Segmented Broadcasting, which is now live.
Our pharmacy partners can now make sure they’re sending relevant messages to their patients by using these filters to narrow down the target audience:
- Last fulfilment method
- When they last ordered
Running an offer for ED medication? Then you can just target men.
Want to send a “thank you” message to recent customers? Then filter by ‘last ordered’.
Using Segmented Broadcasting to interact with the patients you know will be interested in your message will help create deeper, longer-lasting (and more profitable) relationships with your customers.
View Your Scheduled Orders on Healthera Connect
Since we launched scheduled ordering, it has quickly become one of our fastest-growing features:
In just three weeks, 25% of all new prescription orders are now scheduled!
With patients just needing to click one button on the app to approve their next order, our partners are going to see a huge boost in the volume of repeats coming through…
And now that we’ve made scheduled orders visible on the Patient tab of Healthera Connect, you will be able to see which patients are on recurring scheduled orders, when their next order is due to renew, and whether they need any support.
This feature isn’t just going to give you an invaluable insight into your patients’ ordering behaviour (helping you to predict how they’re likely to order in the coming months…)
It’ll also help you keep your most vulnerable patients safe, if for example, you can see that they haven’t placed their order when it was due.
Introducing the Industry’s First Error Monitoring System!
As the largest prescription platform in the UK, Healthera knows it has a responsibility to ensure that prescription orders aren’t just placed, but that they’re processed by GPs in an accurate and timely manner.
Unfortunately some legitimate prescription orders are occasionally rejected by the GP’s system automatically. We suspect this is due to a small number of surgeries using outdated settings.
To counteract these errors and ensure your patients’ orders go through, we’ve created a robust, secure error monitoring system that captures errors as they occur and intelligently re-routes rejected orders through the NHSmail platform.
Once seen by the GP, these re-routed orders are typically approved (unless there’s a genuine reason the order should be rejected).
This means that on top of keeping your patients healthy & safe, you’ll also receive more orders!
The Healthera Patient App is Now Easier to Use!
The Healthera team is constantly looking for ways to improve our platforms for both our pharmacy partners, and their patients.
After analysing our mobile app’s user journey, we made these key improvements to increase conversion rates for our partners:
- Simplified the account creation process
- Made finding and adding medicines to orders quicker and easier
- Updated the order journey for first time prescriptions
And to make the process as simple as possible for your patients, we’ve installed a progress bar on the homepage – to guide them from the point of installing the app, to completing their first order.
