Yes, of course. If you are a patient using the app the easiest way to recover your account would be to reset your password using the patient app, or on the Healthera Connect Platform if you are a pharmacist. If you get stuck please email us at support@healthera.co.uk
Healthera is currently not available outside of the UK. However, Healthera is expanding rapidly and there are plans to bring the app to other countries in the near future – so stay tuned!
As a healthcare provider and representative of your community pharmacies, Healthera takes complaints and feedback seriously. If you wish to make a complaint or give us some feedback please do so by emailing support@healthera.co.uk and include either ‘Feedback’ or ‘Complaint’ in the subject line.
We charge a monthly subscription fee for pharmacies who would like to use Healthera. This allows pharmacies to offer the mobile app to their patients for free.
