    i ran out of medication for several days as i thought the app had registered my request initially but it hadn't and when I tried again the pharmacist hadnt received a request so she requested the prescription. I'm not sure if the app is functioning for me but I'll try again allowing plenty of time next time. the app isnt clear enough in letting you know if the request is successful or not

    As usual, no notification received that the medicine is ready, so I went to the pharmacy and they said they had received it two days ago. So someone is not updating the app.

    I was not notified when my medice was ready to collect. I kept checking the app and eventually gave up and went to the pharmacy and collected it.

    I don’t understand this app at all, it’s so inefficient compared to actually calling and requesting a repeat like I used to be able to. As usual, tech that doesn’t work properly making something unnecessarily complicated.

    Took 2 months for the pharmacy to say that they have dispensed the medicine and when I went to the pharmacy they said I hadn’t requested a repeat since March.

    As I was running low in this medicine I had to follow up weeks after ordering as it kept saying ‘awaiting approval’. Turns out it was actually ready. This was the first time I’d asked for it to be delivered but when I called to see if the prescription was ready was told deliveries were only available in specific cases. Why offer then?
