This was only the second time that I've used this service (the first time it actually worked an absolute treat), unfortunately on this occasion the app failed to notify me that my medication had arrived, stating that it was still at the GP's. I tried using the message service but received no reply, had to then call in etc. and when I finally picked it up, my order was incorrect, only realised when I got home and opened the bag, so had to go back in again after work as they aren't picking up the phone, was told that the GP had misread the order so received lancets and not the test strips ordered. Hopefully just a learning curve, should work well as everything looks right on the app... probably human error? Kind regards V
