selected the option to have delivered taken away from my pharmacy prescription sent God knows where could not deliver as GP does not support my original pharmacy had to sort it out very annoying and ridiculous

All seemed to work. ordered my prescriptions but never get any updates via this app anymore? 2 weeks after I collected my items the app told me they were ready? good app for ease of orders very poor communication from the chemist.

Ordered Uniphyllin tablets on 23/04/21 but couldn’t pick them up till 01/05/21 as your supplier didn’t deliver them till 01/05/21 morning. By this time I was down to one tablet. Unfortunately this has happened with other medication in the past, namely Diltiazem and in my wife’s case Entresto Sacubitril/Valsartan tablets. Being that these items are regular prescription orders I am both surprised and disappointed at having to make a second visit to the chemist especially in these times of COVID

The app does not work ordered tablets and only received harf of them had to phone doctor for a emergency script
