This app has many bugs including constant repeated messages resulting in orders being delayed and having to be chased with the chemist for delivery times/days

When I went to collect my medication from the pharmacy it wasn't there to be collected. it had not shown up that it had been signed off. I could not order again as it has been ordered online. I had to go into the doctor's surgery to get this resolved. I had to wait another 48 hours before I could collect my medication which made it 7 days in total.
