2025 Year in Review: Pharmacy Growth, Collaboration and Real Results

Building digital tools that help pharmacies grow and team collaboration go hand in hand and were key for all of us at Healthera in 2025.

For every product release, our team worked closely with our partners, listening to them during countless site visits across the UK to deliver digital enablement and true growth. We celebrated each milestone and new partner joining us along the way.

While already working on new AI-powered tools, such as our Fully Automated Order Tracking with Nation-wide EPS Integration, we wanted to share some of our stories and wins for pharmacies in this Year in Review.

In 2025, we’ve focused on building the end-to-end digital platform that is the true core of everyday community pharmacy workflows. The results have been phenomenal, and we’re proud to share the progress we’ve achieved together.

This year, Healthera Connect™ became the definitive platform for scale in the UK. Here is what our commitment to innovation means for our partners:

  • 8M Prescription Items: In the last 12 months, our network has driven 8 million prescription items to our partner pharmacies. This represents a 3x increase in volume compared to just two years ago.

  • £15M+ New Revenue: Our partners generated over £15 million in new revenue through private treatments, clinical services, and newly-referred NHS prescriptions.

  • Pharmacy First: We have connected over 21,000 patients with community pharmacies for Pharmacy First consultations. This activity has directly generated over £2 million in monthly NHS revenue for our partners.

  • Services Growth: Thanks to Services Connect, bookings through our Smart Website platform have grown by 600%, driven by our referral network partners like eConsult and MyGP.

To help our partners strengthen their position in local markets, we released our Advanced NHS Competitive Dashboard. It gives insights that allow pharmacies to benchmark their performance and dispensing volume against local competitors.

We are also proud to launch Uber Eats Integration. This strategic collaboration gives an  immediate entry into the quick-commerce market for OTC and retail products, helping pharmacies reach millions of new customers.

We are grateful to our entire team, which has grown by 50% this year and has worked tirelessly on these launches to simplify daily workflows for our partners. This work brings us again closer to delivering true digital health for all.
