In some cases, patients linked to your pharmacy may book health services or order private treatments such as video consultations, diagnostic tests, or private prescriptions from other providers (such as doctors, pharmacist etc) within the network on the Healthera app. This only happens when your pharmacy doesn’t offer the service they need.
This is an intentional and valuable feature of the platform. It allows your pharmacy to extend its service offering by leveraging trusted clinical partners, so patients can access comprehensive care without leaving what they know as their own pharmacy’s app. Instead of looking elsewhere – and potentially switching providers – patients stay engaged with your pharmacy while having all their healthcare needs met.

If Our Partnership Ends
If your partnership with Healthera ever comes to an end, we’ll work with you to transition your patients smoothly to your new platform. For Smart Websites and White-Label Apps, patients will lose access to the branded experience after your plan finishes. This reinforces your ownership of these patient relationships. While we can’t feasibly ensure that no patients would continue using the Healthera app or visit our website, our priority will always be to help you retain your loyal patient base.
