How can I get my medicine delivered?
Healthera allows you to easily order your prescription online from a local pharmacy, wherever you are.
Simply choose if you’d prefer to collect your medicine or have it delivered right to your door, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Will my prescription delivery be discreet?
Healthera only partners with NHS-approved pharmacies, so you can rest assured your privacy is our top priority.
Your prescription will be prepared by highly trained pharmacists, and delivered directly to you without anyone else knowing what’s inside.
How long will it take to receive my prescription?
Like with most pharmacies, it’ll usually take between 3-5 working days for you to get your medicine.
When you order your prescription through Healthera, it’ll be sent directly to your GP for approval, and then to your pharmacy – who will prepare your medicine, and deliver it to you.
We’ll remind you when it’s time to place your next order, so you never run out of medicine.

Many of our partner pharmacies offer free delivery for NHS prescriptions, but some may charge a small amount to help cover the cost of their fulfilment method.
Yes, absolutely. Simply add your loved one as a dependant to your account, and select their address when placing their order on the app or website.
If you’re unsure about the medicine you’ve been prescribed, you can message your pharmacy directly through the Healthera app for further medical advice.
Alternatively, you can phone your pharmacy for information.
We never want you to worry about not receiving your medicines, so we’ve made it as easy as possible for you to update your address if you ever move house.
You can also add multiple addresses, so you can get your medicine wherever you are.
Yes. If your pharmacy offers over-the-counter medicines through the app, they’ll often be happy to deliver your items along with your prescription medicine.
