We are very excited to announce that we have launched a new Guaranteed Delivery service. This will be available to all patients of pharmacies that have chosen this service.
With this service, you will be able to:
- Have prescription drugs delivered to your door at a time you choose
- Make use of a unique, reliable service
- Utilise the fastest prescription delivery in the UK
All for a small charge that goes to support your local pharmacy to continue providing essential services to the local community. Those who qualify for free delivery will also be able to enjoy the new guaranteed service too!
How it works (subject to your pharmacy opting in):
- Next time you order, you will have the option to choose our guaranteed delivery service
- To provide a smooth experience, all payments will be handled in-app; you will only be charged after your prescription is approved by the GP and dispensed by the pharmacist
- Once your prescription is prepared and ready to go, simply choose a time and day to have your prescription delivered
- Patients eligible for free delivery can also make a small contribution and enjoy the same service
- You can still opt to collect your prescriptions from your pharmacy
