Availability: PGDs are available to customers on Healthera plans
Training & Competence: Pharmacists and technicians shall ensure that they have completed all training and competency assessments required by any specific PGD. They must also demonstrate competence in the clinical area relevant to the PGD, including knowledge of indications, contraindications, adverse effects, and all relevant referral pathways and guidance provided by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and NICE.
Evidence of Training: Upon request, the pharmacy shall provide Healthera with documentary evidence of training, competency assessment, and relevant professional qualifications for all pharmacists delivering services under the PGD.
Liability: Healthera accepts no responsibility or liability for any services delivered under a PGD by a pharmacist who has not met the training and competency requirements as set out in this clause or in the PGD itself.
