United Kingdom, 15 December 2025:
Healthera and Uber Eats are pleased to announce a partnership enabling Healthera’s network of 1700+ pharmacies in the UK to offer quick delivery of over-the-counter medicines and health products through the Uber Eats platform.
The UK’s online pharmacy market is projected to reach £1.59 Bn by 2025, with convenience being a deciding factor in consumer purchase decisions.
Through the partnership, Healthera’s partner pharmacies can, at no additional cost, list 1000s of over-the-counter medicines, health & beauty, and other retail products on the Uber Eats app, the world’s leading quick delivery platform. In the UK, Uber Eats is available to over 90% of the population with a growing health & pharmacy essentials category. Customers will obtain access to a wide variety of products in the Health & Pharmacy category, with home delivery within 10-30 minutes, fulfilled by a Healthera-partnering pharmacy.
Deep integration between Healthera Connect™ and Uber Eats ensures the pharmacy’s existing retail catalogue can be synched directly, while new products can be uploaded and clicked by a simple barcode scan. Intelligent proprietary algorithms by Uber Eats and Healthera are deployed to optimise product categorisation to optimise sales, while ensuring customer clinical safety and delivery SLA fulfilment.
The initial launch cohort goes live in December 2025, with coverage across many population centres including London, Manchester, Bolton, Lancaster, Newcastle, and Bolton, with participation from independent pharmacies and local pharmacy chains. Healthera expects to start mass roll-out and reach nation-wide coverage well within 2026.
Commenting on the partnership, Katie Hunter, UK General Manager for Grocery & Retail, said, “Health is a booming category and we know consumers' expectations around delivery have changed in recent years. We're delighted to be partnering with Healthera to support their brilliant work in pharmacy digitisation, together ensuring customers can access the medicines and healthcare products they need, delivered to their door in minutes.”

Quintus Liu, CEO of Healthera, said: “The strategic initiative with Uber Eats is our latest venture to help community pharmacies generate profit and beat consumer expectations, going where their customers are. We are grateful for Uber Eats’s partnership & engineering team, whose months of hard work and ingenuity have made this integration possible. With the tech infrastructure now in place, we’re looking forward to a swift roll-out across the UK and expanding this partnership to other markets where Healthera operates.”
