Established in 2019, 365 Pharmacist is a distance selling pharmacy operating out of Coventry, created to offer fast, convenient access to NHS prescriptions and essential clinical services for patients nationwide.

To make this possible, the team embraced technology from the start, focusing on tools and systems that would allow patients to manage their healthcare needs quickly, securely and with minimal friction.

The Challenge

As an online-only pharmacy, they needed more than a basic website or contact form. They were looking for a complete digital experience that would give patients a clear, seamless way to order prescriptions, book services and access Pharmacy First video consultations, all without creating additional admin for the pharmacy team.

They wanted a platform that could handle the entire patient journey from start to finish, covering everything from prescription ordering to appointment booking and consultation.

It needed to run smoothly and reduce the need for manual follow-up, giving the team more time to focus on clinical care and the growth of their nationwide services, without being slowed down by admin-heavy processes or fragmented systems.

Our Approach

To support their goals, Healthera provided a listing on the Healthera App, giving them instant access to a large base of digitally engaged NHS patients. A branded Plus Website was also integrated into the existing site, enabling patients to order and book directly through a familiar platform.

For Pharmacy First, patients were able to complete a pre-screening form, book appointments and attend secure video consultations – all within a seamless journey on the Healthera app.

Their growth has been further accelerated by Healthera’s recent partnership with eConsult, the UK’s leading digital triage platform:
