Our Approach
To reduce workload and streamline processes, Colinton Mains Pharmacy partnered with Healthera. By introducing Digital Managed Repeats within Healthera Connect, the team could receive reminders when patients’ medicines were due and place orders directly on their behalf with prior consent. This reduced reliance on phone calls and freed staff to dedicate more time to patient care.
