Since adopting Healthera’s digital tools, Colinton Mains has transformed how repeat prescriptions are managed. The introduction of Digital Managed Repeats now supports more than 300 patients, ensuring medicines are ordered on time without adding pressure on staff.

As more patients joined the system, prescription volumes grew significantly, with over 1,600 new orders processed through a smoother, more reliable workflow. This not only improved the experience for patients but also reduced the need for constant phone calls and manual paperwork.
