We’re delighted to announce our new partnership with the MedPoint team – with our integration now live on your Healthera platform.
Founded in 2019 by Kevin Murphy and Mark Hedley, MedPoint is a British-made prescription collection point that provides patients with a quick, safe and secure way to collect their prescription or medicine orders, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pharmacies that have access to both Healthera and MedPoint will now be able to offer their patients a seamless prescription journey from start to finish:
- Patients choose the ‘MedPoint’ delivery option on the Healthera app (only available if you have a MedPoint collection point)
- Simply place the prescription bag on a vacant MedPoint Shelf ⏩
- Patients receive an automated in-app notification with their collection PIN 📱
- Patients collect their prescription at a time convenient to them 🚶
