How do I book a service?
You can book a service through our website or mobile app.
Simply choose the service you need, select your preferred timeslot and book with a local pharmacy. We’ll remind you when it’s time for your service, so you don’t forget to attend.
Which pharmacy do I choose?
When you join Healthera, you’ll be asked to nominate your local pharmacy. If your pharmacy is using Healthera, you can book a service with them directly or order treatments.
If your pharmacy doesn’t offer treatments or services, you can choose an alternative pharmacy nearby from one of 1,700 partners across the UK.
What are over-the-counter medicines?
Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines are medications that you can buy without a prescription. These include treatments for common conditions like headaches, colds, or pain relief. At Healthera, you can easily order these medicines through our app or website.
For stronger medicines, you may need to complete a short questionnaire. Your pharmacist will review your responses to ensure the medicine is right for you before it’s dispensed.
